Peter ROWAN, Senior Associate (Renewable Energies for Post-Conflict Zones)

Mr. Rowan is InCompass Programme Director, Renewable Energies and is an expert in new technologies for renewable energies, international relations and the Carbon Market (UN Framework Convention Climate Change, Clean Development Mechanism/Joint Implementation). He is responsible for advising UN Agencies, EC and governments on renewable energies policy and has worked as a key market development researcher and analyst in financing divisions at Cazenove/JPMorgan and Commerzbank, with substantial professional equity investment skills gained over 15 years, with top-tier firms in developed and Emerging markets. Mr Rowan holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in UK Town and Country Planning from Oxford Brookes University and a Masters Degree in International Relations and Border Disputes from Kings College.
