InCompass International Athens Representation Office for Greece and the Balkans is looking to fill the following vacancies and to join us at our office in Skoufa Street, Kolonaki:

i. Personal Assistant (part-time) to the Managing Director;
ii. one or two Interns to manage events and to source EC and UN project opportunities. InCompass International is partnered with the European Law Student Association (ELSA), through the Student Trainee Exchange Programme (STEP).  
iii. Junior Project Manager to manage EU business and risk services;

Minimum requirements i to iii :Fluency in Greek; good spoken and written English; Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise; excellent telephone manner, ability tonetwork, to organise meetings, trainings and takepart in trainings; able to use discretion in verbal and E-mail communications; some previous experience in international or development sector projects and a strong interest in our key fields of expertise, namely justice and home affairs reforms, is desirable.

iv. an Experienced Project Manager / business developer


i. Good level of working English. Fluency in Greek preferred but not essential;
ii. Minimum three years of experience in working on international donor projects and responding to Tenders, through sourcing project opportunities and Expert human resources, proposal writing and budget formulation and managing the implementation of projects;
iii. Some experience working with anti-corruption projects or initiatives preferred, but not essential;
iv. Some business development experience preferred, but not obligatory;
v. Some experience, or knowledge required inthe security sector reform (SSR) / Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) sector, although on-the-job training will be given;
vi. Must be very well organised, hard-working, able to work to deadlines and to manage a small team of junior staff including Interns.
