Means: With offices in Brussels and Malta and representation in Madrid, London, Washington DC and Montreal, InCompass International´s staff and capability comprises mid-senior level Consultants experienced in delivering Technical Assistance, policy and strategic solutions within the SSR domain and Senior Associates including human rights and commercial lawyers, international relations and SSR specialists and former diplomats from Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Justice, Interior (Home Office) and Defence.
